Order Shipment Notification & Package Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped out you will receive an email notifying you that your package is en route. In this email we will include the tracking number to track delivery with UPS.
Where we ship
We ship to street addresses only (sorry no P.O. Boxes) within the 48 Contiguous United States. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska & Canada, addresses can also be made but they do not qualify for our free shipping terms.
UPS will make three attempts to deliver your package to the provided address, and after the third attempt the shipment will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be processed for the items, less a 15% undeliverable fee & and original shipping cost Cascade Industries paid to ship it to you..
We are not responsible for UPS, weather, or any other unforeseen shipping delays. We apologize for any inconvenience due to shipping delays beyond our control.
Changing an Address on an Order
Once an order has been placed, there is a very short time frame before it ships. Once an order has shipped we can’t change the order or the address with out paying a UPS reroute fee. If this service is needed the additional charge for the change of address will be collected by UPS at time of delivery.
How to Cancel an Order
Once an order has been placed, there is a very short time frame where we are actually able to cancel, so we can’t guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after being placed.
Should cancellation not be possible, you can refuse delivery of the package and have it sent back Cascade Industries. Upon receipt a refund will be issued less a 15% restock fee and the original shipping cost paid by Cascade Industries to ship the item to you.
